- Apply a transparent PVC or polyurethane coating (thickness 0.1 - 0.3mm) to enhance scratch resistance (wear resistance rotation count ≥ 4000 times).

The hot embossing roller (with a temperature range of 120-140℃) presses out raised and recessed textures on the surface, simulating the feel of natural stone, with the texture depth reaching 0.5-1.2mm.
