Surface Stone-like Treatment
1.Printing Layer Preparation
- Texture Printing:
- Using intaglio printing or digital inkjet technology, high-definition marble patterns are transferred onto the surface of the PVC substrate.
- Intaglio Printing: Use high-temperature-resistant inks (such as polyurethane type), with a resolution of 175 lines per inch, suitable for mass production.
- Digital Inkjet: Achieve complex gradient effects through UV-cured inks, suitable for small batch customization.
- Hardening Layer Coating:
- Apply a transparent PVC or polyurethane coating (thickness 0.1 - 0.3mm) to enhance scratch resistance (wear resistance rotation count ≥ 4000 times).
2. Enhanced Texture by Embossing
- The hot embossing roller (with a temperature range of 120-140℃) presses out raised and recessed textures on the surface, simulating the feel of natural stone, with the texture depth reaching 0.5-1.2mm.
