To further enhance the cohesion, combat effectiveness and centripetal force of young employees, enrich their amateur cultural life, and better stimulate their work enthusiasm, Linyi Grand Forest Wood Products Co., Ltd. organized and carried out a team building and expansion activity with the theme of "Join Hands and Create the Future" on March 20, 2025. A total of 15 young employees from the Quality Inspection Department, Finance Department, Management Department, Documentation Department and other departments participated in this team building.
The venue of this team building activity was located at the Yingzhiguo Expansion Base in Linyi City. The activity set up multiple cooperation projects, such as group competition, drum moving and ball transportation, making a human pyramid, and team cooperation puzzle. Through group cooperation, they selected team names, came up with slogans and sang team songs together. In the final name-tearing activity, each person represented a different score, and the team with the highest score finally won. Everyone tried their best to tear off the name tags of their opponents, and there were constant bursts of laughter on the scene. Although they were sweating, they enjoyed the process.
